Where do you ship?
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC, including PO Boxes within these areas. We do not currently deliver to US territories or APO/FPO military addresses.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. No expedited shipping option is offered.
When can I expect my necklace?
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The estimated total is 4–6 business days, allowing for the cutoff and non-business days below. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
How do cutoff times work?
Our cutoff is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (GMT−06:00, Chicago reference), fixed throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders received before the cutoff are counted from the next business day. Orders received at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays are received for processing on the next business day, with the handling period counted from the following business day. Transit is counted after dispatch.
Can I return my necklace?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the necklace must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
If we sent the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the related return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping to our address in France. No restocking fee applies.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with the order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused and original-condition requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting damaged, defective or incorrect items.
When will I receive an approved refund?
After your refund has been approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
How long are the necklaces?
Each necklace has a 40cm chain with a 5cm extension and lobster clasp. Pendant dimensions appear on each product page. Measure around your neckline to check the fit before choosing.
Are the pearls natural?
The pearl designs use glass imitation pearls. Product pages list the materials for each design.
How should I care for my necklace?
Follow the material-specific care instructions on the product page. Store necklaces separately and avoid water, perfume and household chemicals.
How do I ask about a payment or order?
Email [email protected] with your question and order number, if available. Never send full card details by email.
