30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the necklace must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
How to request a return
Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please obtain return authorization and address instructions before sending your item. Our return address is radyantly, 35 Rue De Bretagne, 49440 Candé, France.
Return shipping
If we sent the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the related return shipping. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping to our address in France. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with the order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate resolution. The unused and original-condition requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
After your refund has been approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
